Clermont Coffee is a free community field guide from DW&Co Real Estate. We help neighbors and visitors find a coffee stop, learn the practical details, and make a little outing of it.

How we choose.

Just Love opens the directory as our Caffeine Spotlight, followed by independent cafés. Just Love Coffee Café is our broker-selected feature and is clearly identified as a locally owned franchise. The directory covers dedicated coffee shops, breakfast cafés, and bakery coffee stops across Clermont and Minneola, including Clermont-address locations in Cagan Crossings and Four Corners. Local multi-location businesses are included; regional brands and franchises are labeled. National chains with many branches have official location-finder links. Ordinary restaurants, gas stations, and convenience stores are outside the scope unless coffee is a distinct part of their offering. This is not a numerical ranking or a guarantee that every business is listed.

Coverage and listing updates.

For this expansion, we cross-checked business websites, ordering menus, Clermont Main Street, local reporting, and regional coffee directories. We reconciled older addresses for Gurch, One Utopia, and Clermont Café. Orlando Cat Café is linked from Minch rather than counted as a second coffee counter.

• Flag Coffee Corner: Main Street still lists it, while multiple business directories report permanent closure. It is excluded from the active directory until its status is confirmed. Main Street listing · Closure report.
• LeMont Coffee Lounge: directories report closure; Gurch’s own site now lists the WestEnd Plaza address. Listing status.
• Bookish Cafe Orlando: its bookstore is listed at 2608 S Hwy 27, but the official website still describes the coffee shop as coming soon. Coffee service needs confirmation before an active café listing. Business website.

Each coffee stop has its own sourced photograph, with a photo-source link on its card and detail page. Photos show the businesses, their food and drinks, or past events and may predate the latest listing details. The two 7 Brew cards use clearly labeled official brand photography; their local storefronts have not been independently confirmed in those images. The main coffee still life is AI-generated editorial artwork. Outing illustrations and spotlights are guide graphics.
